Our Mission
Inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together
Every day, restaurants, bakeries, cafés and supermarkets across South Africa prepare more food than they sell. That perfectly good food — enough for thousands of meals — ends up in a bin. We think that's unacceptable.
Daily Foodie was built to fix that. Our platform lets businesses list surplus Surprise Bags at up to two-thirds off, so shoppers get a great deal and that food gets eaten instead of wasted.
